We are a small family run business making raw artisan chocolates in our ridiculously small kitchen in Hove, East Sussex. We produce small batches of raw chocolate bars and exquisite truffles which we create using the most natural ingredients, organic and ethically sourced.
We believe that the best results can only be achieved following the artisan way. That's why our production begins by smashing the gigantic blocks of cacao paste and finish when we mould the bars individually by hand. Our truffles are painstakingly hand dipped twice in our own coverture raw chocolate and the design and packaging is also created by us. We want our customers to know that they are buying something special and truly hand-made.
We are vegan certified and try at all costs to avoid sugars, keeping a low GI as much as possible.
